However, this speech can be improved if the presenter takes into regard the speed of his speech. The speech was very good likewise the structure of his presentation. In addition, the way he presented himself, phraseology used, and the way he organized his point were fantabulous. However, he ended his speech with a rhetorical apparent movement saying Are we willing to change? Beyond no reasonable doubt, the question he odd was meant for no one to answer, but a change is required in order to counteract this question. principally speaking, my overall grade for this speech is an A.
